Provisional Driving License & Expired Passport help
First of I need someone to sign the back of my photo and application form for my provisional license it said valid UK passport holders but i still put down my expired passport number, coming to the second issue I cant find no one for a countersignature that will do it for free? How long would you have to know the person to get a sign for both provisional and passport?

CANT FIND ANYONE?????
You would have to have known them for at least 2 years. How about a family friend or a tutor at school/college?
Doctors can but they charge, you may know that already?
