conditional offer

hi ive got a conditional offer to do sports science at salford uni which ive just recieved through the post. ive applied late so can some1 plz tell me where i go frm here. do i just keep the offer until the results come out or do i have to accept the offer straight away now ive recieved it
also im kinda changing my mind about the course lol as i sorta wish id applied for psychology as its interesting and a more respectable degree. is it possible to change through clearing?

conditional offer just means that they'll take you if your results meets their conditions.
so they can all give you a conditional offer, just wait for your results
