either they fancy you or their looking for a fight, one of my ex work mates use to always stare at girls he fancied on a night out and it use to wind me up, he just wouldn't stop looking

Just stare back at her. It's kind of pathetic that she'd do this but I guess to look away could be construed as submissive (as it is in the animal kingdom). Just stare her out - she might stop doing it if you make her think you're not freaked out by it.

stop where you are and stare back in terror/horror and mouth opening and closing, but look just above her head, or behind her. When she turns to see what your "looking" at, run and hide without her seeing. Now, try and loop round behind her (again dont be seen by her) so when she turns back thinking nothings there, you can tap her on the shoulder and ask her why she keeps staring at you in a b*tchy way.

anyway to the OP, i watched Mean Girls movie and it told me a lot about girls... lol... so as far as i know, she hates you... or maybe she just has a strange habit of staring at people?? i know some people who do that
