Quantity Surveying and Project management

I'm wanting to study bsc quantity surveying, I'm also considering working as a construction project manager (clients side) after quantity surveying. How can I become a construction project manager (clients side) with a bsc quantity surveying degree.

Is it best to specialise in quantity surveying by doing a bsc, then doing a masters in construction project management or a bsc in construction project management then a msc in quantity surveying.
