Does it help to study for 10-20 minutes every night?

I started doing this simply because I wanted to compensate for my lack of studying during the day and making up for it by studying a bit at night. At least its better than nothing right?

But I just got an epiphany. Rather than seeing studying as a grueling process, I can actually transform studying into something that is quick, short and intense. This way I can revisit material every night rather than studying for prolonged periods every 3 days or something because, let's face it, I wouldn't be able to study 6 hours every single day. Additionally the idea of studying that way may even prevent me from ever studying. So if I choose to make my study sessions 10-20 minutes long, i'll be more likely to do it on a regular or daily basis which means that in the long term I'll actually get MORE studying done. What do you guys think? Am I on the track to becoming an ace?

Do it after brushing your teeth and before getting into bed
