Many supplements will "help," but will play a VERY minor role when compared to primarily diet, then exercise.

Presumably if you're supplementing with ephedrine, your primary goal is fat loss? There are all sorts of supplements which supposedly aid fat loss (green tea extract, ECA stack etc.) but as far as I'm aware, the only one which has any SERIOUS effect is ephedra (not to be confused with ephedrine), which I believe is now available to purchase again.

Remember: diet is by far the most important thing, then exercise. Supplements play a very minor role.

Who decided you should take the supplements? If a doctor has said you need them then it'll probably help/be necessary. If you've decided to take them just ask if there's no way you can get what's in the supplement from your diet.

ok, so what exactly is the difference between ephedra and ephadrine? i know there is some kind of link between the two... Is it safe to take?
The ECA stack I want to start taking has 25mg of ephadrine in it. and the website suggests that ephadrine is the same thing as ephedra.

Ephedrine is an alkaloid of ephedra. There was a lot of fuss surrounding the use of ephedra, so it was banned (a few heart attacks, no conclusive links found) but it's now been legalised again.

Basically, ephedra is fine, and you'd be better off with that than ephedrine.

It will also cost you more.

pure ephedra? when would I take it, and in what doses? My current program suggests taking ECA stack before cardio-vascular excersise in the morning.

Depends on the dosage. I've never used it personally, but when you get the packet it'll tell you recommended dosing.
