This thread will never die!

If we continue posting on this thread, as we are, for the next three years, this could become the biggest thread in TSR history lol.
Yes Sam,no more classes for today. Just waiting for the lecture later. Sadly though next week i'd have 6 hours of class!!!

Poor thing. 4 classes are troubling enough. 6 will make one crazy, bearing in mind the fact that we have the moot next week as well.

Yea I mean the mooting is really going to be the death of me. I only look into the Smokeball case and that's it! I think i may screw up and probably use the inappropriate address when speaking with the judge.

Shes evil I tell you I've repped her twice and I've got nothing in return!:frown: I wish I could rep you but I need to spread more rep out!

ha ha sorry Sam I am just never on TSR long enough these days unlike you lot. Honestly what happened to cancelling our study group so you could finish your essays eh??!?!?   plus I forgot how to rep for while.. no worries I will do it now!

Anyway - my point in actually signing in - you see when we talk about cases in our Contract essays, do we just reference them or do we have to give brief details/facts of the case. Sam I am doing my contract essay and I am writing about offers/invitation to treats so I have said one case in which this distinction was particularly important was the Boots case ...so do I talk about it?

Well it depends, in my opinion. I probably would give a very brief description.

For e.g., in my contract law essay on consideration, I wrote -
'-------------- happens when -----------, which occured in Balfour v Balfour in which (brief description), and in Merriot v Merriot (no description).

It umtimately depends on you, and your class teacher.
Well when I do my Public LAw essay I cited the Burmah Oil company case but i couldn be bothered to explain the case though!
Ha ha I did just try and rep you Sam but it said I had to spread my rep around first  whatever thats all about so I +ve repped henry then I went to give it for you again and said you can only do it once a day! Aaaah sorry lol I am not clued up on this rep system!

Ha ha but for this comment you know I should -ve rep you :p: :p: :p:

The Student Room is relatively unknown in these quarters. Facebook is famous all round. If you start a group like that on Facebook, you would destroy me and Nadeem I tell you!

What do you mean 'lol'?

What, did you find my suggestions to be mediocre, irrelevant or unhelpful, huh?

From now on, do not ask any help from me.
