I believe the TSR have awards every year, where they award the 'Comedian TSR of the year', 'Most famous TSRian of the year' and etc. We first put our nominations forward, and then the users with the most vote in a particular category will be placed in an official nomination with four other people 9 (I think), and then its the real voting. In the end, they are awarded the Title, if they receive the most votes.

Its a little complicated.
