Well where do you print out your judgment from, the Byrne v Tienhoven case I mean. I cannot find the judgments for the Carlill v Carbolic Case on westlaw.

Erm no,I can't seem to find a case which has offer and invitation to treat. I'll be heavily relying on the Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball case, and I'm not sure whether i want to use the Gibson v Manchester City Council Case, cause i can put up an argument that the first letter was an ITT as there are no specifics contain in it.

Well I printed Byrne from WESTLAW.
However, I have a printed version of Carlill. If you want me to bring it to school tomorrow, I can.

They are the same as the one in the BBF, but much much much longer (lol). I printed it from Westlaw I think, but I'm not too sure, it was for my first contract law class.

Downstairs is for geeks, and the deaf, and we are but none of those.
Today's mooting was odd in my opinion. It was certainly an experience, though not very enjoyable in my opinion. Our learned friends opposite were no more better than us, yet that unqualified judge ruled in their favour. I object the ruling, and intend to take it up to the House of Lords.
Hopefully we will have better luck next time, Henry,
Anyway, I'm off. I have to do some reading, and questions of public law, for tomorrows class.
By the way, that drink I had at the Templar was horrible. It tasted like a melon, which had been left outside, under the sun, for days to rot.
