By the way, has anyone realised that the LSE sub-thread on TSR is the most active out of all the 'London Uni's'. We have apparently posted over 45,000 posts so far. In second place is UCL, our arch rivals lol, with 20,000+ posts.

Where are you lot, Henry, Nadeem, Emma?

I just had a criminal law class which was quite interesting, which does not happen quite often.

Just so no one forgets, todays criminal law discussion session will be held between 2pm-4pm, in a study room which only Nadeem knows lol. The discussion will be on the Law Commissions proposals on the law of homicide.

Henry or Sam do either of you have any good info or know of any sites about the rationality of common law, or lack thereof? I am doing my essay but all I have used so far is Melissaris' article and one quote from Max Weber's book so thats not exactly a good range of sources :frown:
Slapper and Kelly?I don't really know specifically whether it has extensive info on common law but that book is pretty good. Maybe you can find some info in it
