Dropping uni and doing professional qualifications

Hi guys,

I'm curious to find out if anyone has done CIMA or ACCA without a degree and whether or not they were successful in getting a trainee job?

I'm 22 and went to uni to get a better job. However I've realised I don't have the mathematical background for the finance units and I'm failing. I'm fine with the accounting units.

I thought maybe I could go through the pro qualification route as some jobs are only asking for acca or cima. No mention of degrees. At the same time I don't want to throw money at it and 4 years of my time for it to be useless!

Might just drive HGV for the rest of my life! Less stress and just watch the world fly by lol.
