No, the 30 million figure is just how many are on their way to the UK at this moment in time. That is if you believe the Daily Express, of course.

We have to study EC Law again in the second or third year as part of our course, and I just know that all these new members and the constitution is going to make my very expensive breeze block-sized set textbook out of date by then.

Does anyone know the current situation in Poland?
Miller seems to have somehow stopped being Prime Minister and my mum says that Parliament might dissolve? Is that good or bad?
