Why do my teeth feel sensitive and why am I spitting blood recently whilst brushing?

I'll begin by apologizing to anybody who may have been offended when I accidentally posted this n the motoring forum so accept my apologies please, everybody makes mistakes which we learn from and in turn makes us who we are. thank you

SO anyway, it Only started about 2 nights ago, put toothbrush to all my left lower teeth and my teeth felt extremely sensitive and quite painful I had to stop! tried gently brushing teeth again and as soon as the toothbrush bristled my teeth they again felt so sensitive and sore and I even spat some blood?!?!?

it's not just one or two teeth affected, it just seems to be all of my lower teeth left and right

Brushing my teeth this morning was very difficult, I think I can feel swelling in my gums surrounding the affected teeth.

any diagnosis will be okay
