In bateson it was £1.50 for washing and about 60p for an hours drying. the machine took 20p's and 20 minutes was no where near enough.

As for other places, i have no idea.xx

Harry Law is priced the same as bateson. fire is right, the driers are pants. You want an hour normally, and even then it can still be a bit damp. They had a weird smell, too.

Enjoy!

Trafalgar was £2.00 for your wash cycle, and then 20p per dryer cycle. But you'd normally want about 3 or 4 goes through the dryer unless you want to be walking around in damp clothes for the next few days. Oh yeah, and expect about 3 out of the 4 washing machines to be broken at any given time.

JW expect flooding and breakages, don't let "out of order" signs put you off, just go in and make sure you stand to the side when you open the washers as they're sometimes full of water.
At Rees Hall, it's £1.50 for washing and 20p per 20 minutes for the dryers. You normally need at least an hour for your clothes to dry properly.

There's one machine that costs £1.40. And I have a tip; use the dryers on top - for some reason they dry things much quicker than the low ones.

Last year I did laundry once every two weeks, as that's how long it took to have enough dirty stuff to fill the machine. I did it on Saturdays, although it does get really busy and sometimes it used to take up the whole afternoon.

i heard about that flooding last year.

Did people's stuff in their rooms get ruined at all?

As for having to wait an hour for it to be done do you just have to sit their for a couple of hours while you wait for the whole thing to do?
im getting a clothes horse so my clothes can dry without having to put them in the dryer, it will be fine!

Are you talking about the major flooding in Traf now? Unless the washing machine managed to produce enough water to travel 6 metres across open landing then would people's belongings come into any sort of danger.

Yeah in 03/04 there was a burst water main inside JW which flooded out the back of the building on the ground floor (didn’t flood any flats),
05/06 there was then a blown sewage line in A block flooding the ground floor with sewage.
