I submitted my UCAS last month and have already received 4 of my 5 choices. they are in the range of BBC-AAA, I got AAB at AS and I really like the university (Leeds) that is offering me 3 A's but I don't want to be sat in clearing if I've been too over aspirational. Do you think putting this as my firm would be risky ? (I'm not planning to put down my firm and insurance any time soon , not until the new year at least but would like to start eliminating places)

Putting Leeds as your firm would not, by itself, put you at risk of going into clearing. That fate is much more likely to be the result of an over-ambitious insurance choice.

Not at all. In fact, if it's your top choice, it's exactly what you want to put as your firm. Just make sure you have an insurance offer that you're confident you can achieve.
