Erm.. I cant seem to figure out where I went wrong in this qs.. If anyone could point it out I'll be most thank full. I'ts for the light travel time for Pluto. So I know that I have to divide distance by speed to get light. But I seem to go wrong somwhere.

what? should you attach something maybe?

Who/what is the observer in this; it makes a large difference at high speed?
