Okay, me and my bf (i'm gay) had sex for the first time the the other day, and he wants to do it again tonight. I want to have sex with him too, but last time it was really painful when he put his (you know what) up my arse. We used lube and all that but it still really hurt. role-reverse is a good idea.. obviously he needs to do a bit more work to relax your muscles in that area..

I'm afraid that I've done it a few times now and though it's not so painful as it was at first, it's still uncomfortable and we sometimes still face problems of 'it' slipping out. Relaxing I suppose helps, but it's hard (makes you feel like you're about to have a bowel movement).

you need to want it more. he needs to spend more time getting you warmed up i would say and it's not possible for him to go too slowly at first. seriously let him ease. it. in.

when you relax you dont have to do it *that* much. in my experience "relaxing" does not pushing out the muscles as if ur gonna do one... just not getting all tensed up.

try different positions. it should get easier after the first couple of times but you can't think of it as a chore. it should be something you like doing. you should be getting active physical pleasure out of the sensation, otherwise you're not doing it right.
