People flicking there nails -help!
I really can't put up with people flicking their nails, just the shape of there hand, the noise and everything about it makes me want to smash things up around the house and punch them, my dad does it a lot and im sat next to him on the couch there is no where else to sit. I usually tell him to stop but then my um gets annoyed telling me to shut up. Even when I leave the room Im mad cause of the memory of it and then he'l start flicking an picking his nails again throughout the day.
Its not just that I find it a really annoying habit it really makes me mad Ive just been pretending to thump my dad in the kitchen and I can't get the anger out of me. We have just had relatives round so I couldn't tell him to stop so I just walked out, somehow managing not to slam the door and started hitting furniture lol, I really can't stand it.

On a serious note, it is unfortunate that you live with someone who does that, but you have to understand that your dad doesn't necessarily enjoy it either, and that it is one of those hard-to-stop habbits. I don't know what to advise you really
