"The Shakes"

ok this isn't a problem just an enquirey really

ok, whenever people do things like weight training, when all the energy from your muscles has been used up you are left with "the shakes" meaning that hands and feet sometimes shake and feel like jelly.

Anyway the other day i was shopping and was carrying a heavy amount of beer on one hand and the que in the shop was huge.

When i got back i found that because i had to hold all this stuff in 1 hand, it was making my hand shake slightly, especially when i made a fist, but not in my other hand.

I just wondered why this is and why this doesn't 'even out' so to speak as the other hand was fine. Must be muscular or summat like that??

Yeah I get that. I shake quite a lot anyway, so my mates say :/

And I shake like mad after being drunk the night before...

Now these shakes, are they the Hippie Hippie Shakes, or the regular kind?

Yeah I get them. At frist I was worried but now I just find them funny :p: It's usually because of the uneven weight. It's not distributed enough. If you have a heavy load in one hand, get another bag and even it out or you'll pull a muscle on one side or get 'the shakes'. They're nothing to be worried about and have no long lasting effects, just don't do it too often...
