I've got an interview on 19/11 (2 weeks time) and I am literally freaking out.

I got good predicted grades, an ok reference and personal statement but I did rubbish for AS. Going to resit though.

Should I assume that I interviews will ask me more academically-based questions (about chemistry) in that sense? Or is the interview experience pretty much the same for most applicants?

(And I don't mean Bs when I say I did badly.)

Thank you so much in advance!

I know a few people who have had interviews with the chemistry department and the faculty of life sciences and they say they're quite relaxed, in just hope theyre right as i have a biomedical sciences one on Wednesday!

Thank you for the info! I feel slightly more relieved now...I heard that they apparently go through the personal statement with you...That's really soon; best of luck to you!

Hi,
I just wanted to get back to you, the interview was really relaxed and nice, none of my prep was useful! I wouldn't worry!

Had a biochem interview yesterday: I was nervous as heck but they didn't ask anything unexpected, the day was really nice and I really like the university! It's really relaxed, I would say make sure you have some questions to ask the interviewer, good luck!
