Does anyone know what topics will come up on the non cal paper higher ???

Only the examiners know the answer to that question

Almost anything you have covered during your gcse study could be on either paper if they require no calculations or the numbers used are easy enough to work out without a calculator.
A few topics require a calculator e.g. Trigonometry, trial and improvement, quadratic formula and a few other topics usualły appear on calculator e.g. Most Circle, sector and cylinder calculations with pi (though it's not unusual for them to be on non-calc if you are told to leave answers as a multiple of pi) and estimates for a mean of grouped data.

I'd say Edexcel papers have been slightly less predictable recently than they were in the past.
About half of the marks will be awarded for the easier C and D grade topics so almost all of them will be tested.
About a quarter of the marks are for B grade topics so most of them will also be tested.
