Hi I'm doing As art and I'm REALLY struggling with taking my own pictures

i drew CL and Luhan (kpop singers) in my sketchbook but TOTALLY added my own twist and added my own things in (I had pics) etc. but my teacher said that it wasn't good enough because the original picture wasn't my own...

Is there a way around that? She said to take your own pictures of yourself or someone else but I don't want to draw them or myself (ew) I have no interest and I'll get bored SO easily.

i want to enjoy what I'm doing so that's why I draw them (or like NARUTO or something)
I feel like

The pictures are likely to be copyrighted, so there's little way around it.
It sucks, and that's ultimately why I dropped art after GCSE.

You could ask a friend to dress up like Luhan/CL?

yeah idk what exam board you're on (I was AQA I think) but generally for a book you need photos that you took, then draw and do responses, then photos that other people took and draw/ respond to them
and then like respond to artists and do a final project
all the while using a mix off primary and secondary sources, like drawing from photos you took off the internet is okay but you cant just use photos from the internet and you generally want primary sources at the beginning of your project
