Doctor ---> Sleeping pills.

Eastenders.

On a more serious note, have you tried winding down - you know light reading, being active during the day etc.?

find some very relaxing music and put it on when your going to bed. Also, helps if you try and only ever listen to it when you go to bed, as then you start to associate it with sleeping as well. Used to take me literally hours to fall asleep and this definately helped. I nearly always have Azure Ray playing now, thats quality sleeping music lol :biggrin:

I have'nt a a really good nights sleep in nearly 2 weeks. I'm going to go insane if this continues.:eek: Now I look like a panda.
Any suggestions on how I can get a good nights sleep?

Oh come on. Not everyone needs a "ditto" in their sig.

I can't sleep either, I've got a blocked nose... and when I do go to sleep, I can't breathe. The funny thing is when I drink water... it goes up my nose. I dunno how that is possible but it squirts out...

Hmm maybe it could be like those cool watergun except through my nose... Muhahaa...

wow I'm so lame.

EDIT: realised I wasn't being very helpful.

I say take a hot bath with lots of bubbles in... make sure the bath isn't scorching hot but alright for you to relax in. Have hot chocolate or milk before you go to bed. You could take a dictionary out and try and read through it, that should get you to sleep no problemo.

Lol, I've had the same thing, reaction to nerves pending Uni.....I take Kalmz tablets (one with each meal) they're good coz herbal and don't make you too sleepy that you can't function in the day, but they do mellow you out, make you less nervy, hence I'm sleeping better now (sort of.) Also taking St John's wort for depression, but have to take these before bed coz they do knock me out a bit.....fatigue is listed as an uncommon side effect but coz I'm underweight it affects my body a bit more (according to the doc, anyway.)

Bag yourself. Once you pass out get another person to remove the bag.

Don't blame me if you get any brain damage or die though.
