Hotel for job training next week.... Watch

Hey guys, I'll be taking next week off from the gym due to having to go for a training week for my new job.

They have local fast foods nearby etc but I don't want to eat these. They provide breakfast but I hate hotel breakfast so will be taking some of my own!

What I want to know, and get an idea of, is some good for me food that I can take with me for my lunch and dinner and snacks, etc.

Some I can think off are beef jerky and fruit, but what else?

Also, I will do some workout in my hotel room, push ups, sit ups, etc. What else could I do there?

Find a local gym and train there for the week.

Eat the hotel breakfast. They'll have good choices.

Instant noodles, cous cous and tinned foods you can eat cold. Even if you don't like the breakfast eat it because the rest of your diet is likely to end up eating calories if you don't eat out

one week isn't going to ruin months of progress, live a little

maybe take some running shoes and you can work out while you're there then do body weight stuff in your room

for food just have the hotel breakfast, they will have options like eggs + toast and cereal and fruit and then eat whatever the healthier options are during the week
