Sulphites
Is anyone else having problems with sulphites, for migraine/headaches/asthma etc.? I'm finding it hard to find any clear information on them.
Apparently some people can have an allergy or an intolerance to sulfites, and they can cause those symptoms (this is coming from my doc btw). The only fully conclusive way to find out if this affects you is to have an allergy test, try looking up "York Testing".
Meanwhile, tr and note when you suffer your symptoms, if they occur not long after eating or drinking something with sulfites in, you may have found a link.
