BP salary progression
Hey everyone, I am studying MEng and I am looking into the graduate schemes for BP, I know the average starting salary is around 33k+ but what could it be after say 2 years, 5 years and 10 years? The starting salary is good but I've heard the ceiling is very low thus does not really increase by much.
In case they are picky with uni ranking for candidates I am at a top 15 uk uni and a top 10 for my course.

Hey! I do not have a concrete answer for you, but check out this website: http://www.thejobcrowd.com/employer/bp/salary . I imagine that it also depends on your role, I applied for HR and I am pretty sure my top salary will be lower than an engineer working offshore for example.
Have you applied yet? If so, how long did they take to tell you that you had passed the SJT? It's been a week and a half for me and I am really interested in their grad scheme.
