Gunwharf Quays parking discount??

Anyone know any details behind Gunwharf Quays' parking discount for uni students? I heard something vague about it.. but basically I wanted to know:

a) does this even exist?
b) if yes, what are the costs and conditions?

Please don't reply saying 'You don't need a car at uni blah blah' - I will not be living in Portsmouth and will instead be commuting from about 25 miles away.

I think Gunwharf Quays used to do a seasonal pass for it's parking, but I believe they've scrapped it now. The only discount they do is if you go see a film at Vue Cinemas, you get a discount on your ticket after you've seen the film.

Charges are as follows (Think they're going up again soon):
2 hours, £2.50
3 hours, £3.50
4 hours, £4.50
5 hours, £5.50
6 hours, £6.50
7 hours, £8.00
10 hours, £10.00
Over 10 hours, £25.00
