Hey guys. I'm an International candidate doing A-Level History under CIE.

Anyways, for my most important exam (Depth-Study), I'm required to choose two questions out of the following four topics. I find all rather interesting however I'm in desperate need of at least a B in History (I'm self-studying AS+A2 all in one year).

The topics:

Cold War - 1950-1975
Cold War - 1975-1991
China - 1945-1991
Conflicts in the Middle East - 1945-1991

What would be the two easier topics to go with? I'm from the Middle East and well exposed to the region's history. So I was thinking of going with that and another of the three remaining topics.

But I want your advice. What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

Cold war is apparently really hard. I would go with China, seems the most interesting.
