ICT is more about using applications and is more business oriented relating to the use of IT applications.

Computing is more of learning how to program and learning technical aspects of hardware/software and computer architecture.

Source: I did an IT Extended Diploma and basically covered both of these subjects.

This is dumbest question I've ever seen. Read carefuLLY ICT is about ICT and computing is about computing. I hope that answers your question gawd people are so dumb these days.
