Reduced Rate Maintenance Loan from SFE, for Post Graduate Physio Students

Are post grad (pre reg) physiotherapy students entitled to a SFE reduced rate maintenance loan?

I am about to begin a post grad (pre reg) /accelerated degree in Physio, I already have a degree.

I have got conflicting advice from SFE, two advisers said yes I am entitled to a reduced maintenance loan, then when I tried to apply online, there was no option for post grad/accelerated degree study, so I telephoned them again and was told that I couldn't apply for the reduced maintenance loan.

So Im really confused. has anyone else been in this situation? did you manage to get the reduced rate loan?
