Tesco Interview Thread

So, I got a call got a call from Tesco today. They said that they would like for me to come in tomorrow at 2:30 for an interview. After looking online i'm so worried it's going to be a group interview as so many people have said Tesco do their interviews this way.

If it is a group interview do they tell you?
What are the interviews like? Both groups and one on one.
Sorry no one replied to your thread! Group interviews are usually easy! And one on one are just like any other interview with similar questions.
Hopefully it went well and you got the job.

I wouldn't worry too much about group interview. It's more or less like having a one on one interview. The manager will ask questions to one person at a time. You'll be expecting to answer the general questions such as why you want to work for Tesco and give an example how you dealt with a difficult customer before etc.

You'll do a group exercise together, usually 15 minutes to build a tower from out of newspapers and masking tapes. After that, you'll be taken to work around the shop floor for maybe 20-30 minutes, either placed on the checkouts or shelves.
