I much prefer the rugby shirts.. it's the only thing that actually uses a coat-of-arms instead of just plain lettering. Looks classier and more smart.

But agreed on the comfiness of hoodies... used my brother's at home all the time
I have one for my specific college but not one for the whole university as only the tourists seem to wear those. I also have one for the university choir I'm secretary of.
I have a college hoodie,a uni hoodie and college rugby shirt and t-shirt.
I wear my uni hoodie quite a lot. People here seem to wear them a lot. Also my society hoodie too.

You will find them all here. I have the grey one with 'Warwick Uni' across the front.

Only the tourists wear the hoodies for the uni I'm at.

However, I do have a lot of college stash from rowing and a LOT of shirts from plays and stuff I've done, so I'm not short of branded goods to wear.

my sixth form have just started hoodies in order to raise money. I think there great to lounge round the house in.
My take on this is: in the USA every kid I know is cool with wearing sweatshirts with their college's name in big letters on them. Here, they are often considered NOT the thing to wear...

Yeah, aside from the humorous ones which Bristol seem to love, I think it's kind of cheesy wearing a university sweater.

It depends on what unversity you go to and the pride. I find that people are prepared to wear one for a society more than a university, which is sad as they make great advertising
