That's erm, really weird :confused: See a gp?! Or perhaps it's to do with your posture when you sit on the toilet. Do you sit for a long time?! That can sometimes cause discomfort xxx

Maybe you have tension building up in your shoulder or something. It's possible that, out of habit, you clench your fist especially tightly or something on the toilet - these habits build up and unless you specifically try to break them they never go away because you never really have anyone to "correct" you. Try sitting differently and consciously focusing on what you're doing, and trying to remain free of tension or anything.

Other than that, does your shoulder/collarbone hurt any other time? Might have trapped a nerve or anything.

It's a tension problem I think. Maybe you pulled a muscle or something? has this been occuring for a long time?
