yes it is possible - quite a long process but if it is really what you want admissions tutors are willing to help

You can ask the university to withdraw you from your offer. In the end, if you don't want to be there, you probably wouldn't do well on the course, or drop out or something, so its in their best interests. You're best off phoning the admissions tutors at your firm choice, and your insurance choice.
