I read a lot of fantasy books but am fairly well in touch with reality so I guess I'd say 50% fantasy, 50% reality. It's maybe healthier to have a bit more more reality than fantasy but it just depends how ur feeling. If ur feeling down u sometimes retreat into fantasy. Life would be boring without dreams though so u have to combine the 2.

I prefer fantasy, and actually would prefer life to be like the fantasies i have (not as seedy as it sounds, but still, rather surreal).
But there is a need for fantasy to appreciate reality, and visa versa.
Both have their uses, and i am happy to live my life in both.

i like reality because it's real (duh! i know)
but fantasies are good because they're your own creation. i like making things good (through fantasy) but there'd be no surprises in a fantasy world created by me.
