emm depends how much u do - half a month?

Reply 2

Depends on how rigorously you stick to it, really. I'd give it at least a month to see any significant change in weight, but you probably won't see a physical change for at least two, maybe even three.

r u a guy or girl? how much do u weigh and how much do u want to lose?

Reply 5

if you keep it up on a regular basis, after a couple of weeks. but i suggest that you don't try to rush it, that way you might have a larger chance of keeping your new weight. i know it is a bit of a cliché but it is true nonetheless.

8 years. Exactly.

A long time, it wont happen in a month, but that depends how overweight you are, it can take many months for noticible changes to occur, and that is if you stick to ure regime strickly.

I'm a girl, 5ft 7 and 12 stone, want to lose about 2 stone....

Reply 9

It depends.

What does your diet consist of and what's your gym routine?

diet - morning - banana
afternoon - sandwich n cereal bar n fruit juice
evening - whatever my parents make lol, usually fish/potatoes
and i go to the gym 3 times a week, walk from the station to school every morning and drink tons of water....

I was exactly the same height and weight as you 18 months ago and I lost a stone and a half by eating sensibly and exercising in three months, the weight has all stayed off for the past fifteen months. My greatest tip for weight loss is-only drink water! it is so easy to have an extra 300-400 cals without realising it by having a few glasses of juice!

Not always. I gained muscle but I lost weight.

I'm a girl, I've done a similar thing. Gym consisted of lots of cardio and then weights to tone up muscle. Didn't actually build that much muscle mass cos I was just doing it for tone, but I still lost weight. I find I can lose weight a little too easily though and have to watch it cos there's not that much I can safely lose.

I reckon you should see good improvements in a month, but you may see subtle changes after a couple of weeks, such as more stamina and energy.
