Applying to Univeristy with lower predicted grades

Hi I'm applying to Pharmacy at Bath (AAB), Nottingham (AAB), Manchester (ABB), Brighton (ABB) and Portsmouth (320 UCAS points with a C in chemistry). I have predicted grades BBB from a B in As chemistry, a B in As Geography and a C in As Biology. I also have a C in my As maths which I dropped. Currently standing on 340 UCAS points what are my chances of getting in? I am retaking a biology and a geography module to push them both up to A grades hopefully as I was very ill when I took those two exams resulting in E grades in those modules but A grades in all the rest. I am taking a gap year and will apply next year if I don't get offers this year. Thanks.

What? If your predicted grades are BBB then it's 300 points - if you're retaking can you talk to your teachers and explain the situation so they can push your predictions up to ABB? Or tell them to write why you got BBB rather than ABB in your reference so universities are more likely to give you offers.
Yeah 300 from the BBB and 40 points from the C in As Maths.
