Hey Guys;
Well, I have some coursework due in in about 3 weeks and am having trouble grading and staging these images for cancer... (Slide A = Healthy and Slide B is the cancerous tissue)
Can someone please tell me and explain why they think it is the stage it is please?
I know the answer is stage 3/4 (purely because it was said in the practical) but, I don't know how to stage and grade cancer...
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Images in PowerPoint presentation attached.
EDIT:
If anyone's having trouble downloading the PP, I have attached some photos.
H&E = Haemotoxylin and Eosin
AB/vG = alcian blue/van Gieson

Stage 4 means metastatic cancer. It means the cancer has spread to distant sites so you need to have a body scan for this.
I don't think anyone will be able to help more.

Also, could you possibly help me in my coursework (help me compare and contrast the images from slides A and B please)?
Not asking for direct help but, maybe show me which cells have shown significant differentiation between slides A and B please?
Note: I did not get the slide photos myself, the lecturer chose the best slides and put together the best ones from the class.
