The papers haven't been made available but I recommend MyGCSE science on youtube, he goes through all topics and they're definitely worth checking out. They got me an A in unit 1 last year. He's got videos on Unit 1 2 and 3 (if you're doing 3). Hope this helps!

Yup,, you will get them in Jan. Unless you get access to the Secure Key Materials - you can't get it.
I did take it as a mock and this came up:
