Free International Calls Using 07744? Possible?

Hi
Some of my friends make international calls using their inclusive minutes on contract by dialing a number beginning with 07744 or 0870 I wanted to know if this can be done on 02?
Has anybody tried this? Does it work? I have tried it on Orange and it worked but i am unsure about 02.

Yeah i know tmobile recent introduced international numbers 07744 and 07755 numbers into their contract allowance but not sure if O2 has yet. Prob better to give customer services a call to check. The num is: 0870 586 0860
