Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone could help me break down or make sense of this question:

"What implications does the Treaty of Lisbon have for the protection of fundamental rights? Will it strengthen the capacity to invoke fundamental rights as a means of reviewing legality?"

I find EU Law so hard for some reason and I just cannot grasp what this question is even asking me

If anyone could help I would be so grateful, thanks
