I used a reference in UCAS of a Senior Nurse but not the employer??

I did it because the employer is a total B**** and she doubled my workload and expected me to do it in the same amount of time which I couldn't. She sacked about 4-5 people after me for not being able to do it.. Anyway, I couldn't use her as a reference so I used a senior nurse who was happy to help me. Is this legit yay or nay?

I've applied now anyway. Opps..

Oh and it was also her personal address and stuff not the actual place :colondollar:

that's fine as long as it's a reference you won't get in trouble for it as you can choose who your references are x
