Trouble finishing
I don't have sex that often, just a bunch of different one night stands. But every time, I find it damn near impossible to ejaculate. Like I can be having sex literally for hours and still not be able to cum. Several times, we've just stopped before I came, and other times it just drags out until I cum.
I don't understand why this happens? It's fine when I jerk it on my own but not when I jerk it when I'm with someone.... >.<

You're probably too used to the feeling when you masturbate, and its probable that you have quite a tight grip, which compared to the more subtle sensations of sex might mean that finishing from sex is more difficult for you.
If you use porn, it might also be that you've become a bit reliant on that
See if you can get used to using a looser grip and not watching porn, it might take you a while, and it might not always work, but it should help when it comes to sex in the long run

Here's the thing, I'm gay and I am a bottom - meaning nothing of mine goes inside the other person! I only enjoy sex when it's a guy "topping" me. So when I want to cum, it involves nothing more than me (or him) jerking myself off. No subtle sensations!
This is why I'm confused - I don't understand why it's so hard for me to make myself orgasm when I'm with someone, when it's so easy alone.

In that case... it might be because you're not focused purely on your own pleasure, but on the pleasure of another person, and that can be distracting.

This and because you're probably over-thinking the fact that you should be finishing but you aren't. The frustration can be quite an unhelpful distraction.
