how do i tell her to leave me alone?

well i got this friend and she is a bit over the top, i mean she is one year older than me however has now gone to collage but she still doesnt leave me alone! 
she phones me for hours and hours and talks about ghosts and really creepy stuff, i gave her a hint to stop phoning me but she still doesnt, i dont pick her calls up but now again she calls me on a different number so i dont know it her, she is really getting to me but i feel sorry for her because no one really talks or wants to know her, so whats the best way to tell her f**** off but in a nice way?
