A-Level Chemistry Mechanisms Help!

My notes for A2 Chemistry are a complete mess, and I'm struggling a lot at naming mechanisms and their reagents/conditions.
As my notes aren't brilliant, can anyone tell me the specific mechanism names, reagents and conditions for different functional groups? (I am okay with outlining them, just not naming)
E.g.
Alkanes with chlorine - Free Radical Substitution - UV Light
Haloalkanes - Nucleophilic Substitution etc

I would definitely appreciate it!
Which exam board is this?

I would recommend getting the £9.99 hodder education philip allan summary guides for the A2 units because they summarise everything and there are tables and really good diagrams for each reaction, the reagents and products and processes
