testicular cancer?
ok. i'm not a biologist at all, and therefore don't know the inns and outs of my testicles. however, i do notice that there is SOMETHING, i don't know what, above (towards my penis- not towards the floor) my left testicle- it's not really a lump attached to the testicle as such, more like a lump along that tube thing that connects the testicle to the main whatever- i don't know what it's called, but all i know is that it's not on my right testicle at all and i don't know what it is. is there some part of my anatomy i am not aware of, or is this something to be careful about? someone enlighten me please....

If its on both sides then maybe it is just part of the anantomy. Still I'd see the doctor if I were you
i'm just not sure what it is. i can't find it on my right testicle- the same thing. i can feel the tube thing as usual on the right one, but there is certainly different on the left one. i just can't remember if i've felt it before. do doctors get annoyed if you go to them and it just turns out to be part of your anatomy?

Yes there is supposed to be something back there, i think it might be the sperm ducts. Both testicles should have them and they come in different shapes and sizes i belive, so you might notice it more on one . . . i think.
you're not a biologist at all and neither are many of the people on tsr. why don't you go see someone who knows what they're talking about instead of seeking medical advice from novices?
i have an appointment for 10.10 today. and i think he has anough biology knowledge to fix the problem. 
Thank god, really don't ask for advice about things as serious as testicular lumps, the only advice you should take is to see a doctor. I had one and had it checked out, its a little bit embarassing having your balls fiddled with by a 50 year old man, but you get used to it. Mine turned out to be nothing serious, just calcium or something, so don't get too worried thinking your balls are about to fall off or anything.

If you got a hard-on while an old man stroked your balls, you'd have had much worse problems than a lump, im afraid.
haha- no. i didn't. i've heard stories of people who have, but i'm glad i'm not one of those!
