Moving in with your partner

Hi everyone, I am shortly going to be moving into a flat with my wonderful girlfriend, Nat, and I was just wondering what advice people have on things I need to get sorted to make it go as smoothly as possible.

Really depends how long you been together, i mean it is a huge step forward but if thats what you want then go for it.

i did it once and it put me off for life, never mid the fact that she was the worst thing that ever happened to me but i hated it i felt so trapped all the time, i had no space and it drove me mental, your living in each others pockets no free time you wake up theyre there, you go to work you come home theyre there, you spend your evening theyre there, you go to bed theyre there. All weekend thyre there, it was and still is my idea of hell. But hey each to his own.

My advice dont have the rent in your name, that way if it goes to hell your not stuck with a flat you cant afford.
