lots of sleep, wash ur face alot
If you only get a few, its not a big problem, you cant stop getting them, but ye you can reduce it by simply washing you're face every morning and night with soap...

Unless its serious dont use the oxypads etc...pointless if you only get a few, i was the same

zineret or something i used to get it from the doctorsa nd there is some pill as well, depends on the amount of spots, i got ti hardly used it cos im lzy with hygiene but is sposed to be good

whatever you do DON'T wash your face a lot, the glands work overtime to replace the oils removed. Therefore you get oilier skin. Twice a day with a nonperfumed soap should suffice
I find that if I apply a blob of tea tree cream onto a spot as it's developing, (before I go to sleep - and leave it on, don't rub it in) it combats spots really well. You can buy tubes of Nelson's Tea Tree Cream from Asda, that's where I got mine. And it's pretty cheap too so it's worth trying.

put a blob of good toothpaste on each spot, dont rub it in, next morning spot is no longer, hope it helps :smile::smile: :yep:
