i'm numb (emotionally)

I guess i'm relatively unhappy right now, but i can't cry or anything. All i seem to do is make catty remarks to people, but even that doesnt really bother me (its just annoying). I mean in general, i'm fine, it's just men/jealousy that's getting me down right now, as well as not being able to really feel anything too!

arghhh, has anyone got any advice?

oh its just a guy i had a fling with, then we decided to be friends- he's now got a new girlfriend who's very similar to me so now he's deserted me and i havent seen him much for days

it's lame, but i just started uni and he was my best friend here, now i'm quite alone. :redface:

The fact that she's similar to you I think means that he likes your qualities, but as you're best friends he doesn't want to spoil your relationship?

In that case feel free to make as many catty remarks as you like. Then move on. Need to make lots of friends at uni so by having a boyfriend at the start you missed out a bit. So make up for lost time.

it was me that ended our fling though. i just miss having a good mate here i guess, and i spsoe it shows me what i'm missing out on
