If I want to study medicine in Canada, what's the better option: IB or A Level? Also what are the average grades required? Any help would be much appreciated!

Look at the websites of Canadian universities - have you researched the North American higher education system?
Are you aware that medicine in North America is a post-graduate course, so you would have to take a North American bachelor's degree (4yrs) before applying to a North American medical school?
Both IB and A level are respected.
